These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Sacred Bean Coffee Roastery ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to them.
About Us
Sacred Bean Coffee Roastery is a coffee roaster based in Katy, Texas. For now, we offer local pickup only — local delivery is coming soon, and we don't offer nationwide shipping.
Products & Pricing
Coffee is roasted in small batches, so a size, roast, or grind option can sell out or become unavailable without notice. We try to keep descriptions, tasting notes, and prices accurate, but we may correct errors when we find them. Prices are shown in US dollars and are calculated by our server at checkout, not by your browser.
Orders & Payment
Orders are paid in full at checkout through Stripe. Your order is only confirmed once payment succeeds — we'll send a confirmation email when it does. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item turns out to be unavailable), in which case we'll refund you in full.
Pickup & Delivery
Right now, every order is local pickup in Katy, Texas. We'll follow up after your order to confirm pickup timing and details. Local delivery is planned for the future and will follow the same principle: local only, with coverage and timing confirmed directly with you.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because your coffee is roasted and prepared specifically for your order, we're generally not able to accept returns once an order has been prepared. That said, if something about your order is wrong — the wrong coffee, a quality issue, anything like that — contact us and we'll make it right, whether that's a replacement or a refund.
Website Use
This site, its design, and its content belong to Sacred Bean Coffee Roastery unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to browse and order from it; please don't copy, scrape, or reuse our content or photography without asking first.
Limitation of Liability
We do our best to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but it's provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Sacred Bean Coffee Roastery isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or an order placed through it, beyond the amount you paid for that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
